About
We would rather measure than sell.
Water treatment has a bad reputation in this valley and it was earned: scare tactics at the door, free tests that always find a catastrophe, and equipment sized to the commission rather than the household. This is an attempt to do the same job the boring way.
How that shows up in practice
- The numbers come from the city, and we link them. Our hardness figures are quoted from the City of Phoenix 2025 Water Quality Report, with the link, so you can check us.
- We say what hardness is not. The same report calls it an aesthetic issue, not a health one. We repeat that even though the opposite would sell more equipment.
- The sizing arithmetic is shown. You can do it yourself on the back of an envelope, and you should.
- Sometimes the answer is a service call. A salt bridge or a badly set valve looks exactly like a dead softener and costs a fraction to fix.
Still to be added to this page: licence number, insurance carrier, and the names of the people who will turn up at your house. Those are deliberately blank rather than filled with plausible text, and they will be filled in with real details before they mean anything to you.
What we will not do
Knock on your door. Run a “free test” designed to alarm you. Quote a price before seeing the plumbing. Sell a conditioner to someone whose complaint is that soap will not lather, or a softener to someone whose complaint is how the water tastes.
